From the beginning we made exquisite pasta using the original recipes of grandmother Maria Teresa, italian from Udhine. Over time and based on her experience, we incorporate new flavors and varieties, always carrying out the whole process by hand and taking care of the quality of base materials.

The traditional pasta made by hand are accompanied with a variety of classic sauces and other homemade sauces.

A special mention requires the Lasagna Alberto prepared with bolognesa sauce, calabrese, raw ham, cheese and vegetables. Irresitible !!
